Carrot Cut

All due respect to Chanel, but who would've thought Levis, of all denim labels, would pull off two exciting denim stories in one year? In February we mentioned their collaboration with Lover; a collection that sold like hot cakes. This time around, the San Francisco headquartered cult label are at it again with a new denim cut. Reaping inspiration from the streets of Tokyo where kids are clearly just going for it in the style stakes, Levis have created an unconventional style called ‘The Carrot’. Its streamline cut, baggy upper half and tapered ankles makes the name quite appropriate. Combining skinny and slouch, this style is certain to take the streets by storm as we’re leaving the hyped-out skinny jean era. Serious kudos Levi!
