Rule number one is never to buy clothes that don't quite fit just because they're on sale. You may feel desperate to loose some weight in January to squeeze into your outfit, but by February you'll have given up! Rule number two is to give yourself a budget and stick to that. That way you will think harder about what you need to buy, and won't get carried away by the moment. Rule number three is to look at the garment, not the label. Even the best designers do some ugly clothes! And the forth and last rule is to buy strategically. Choose clothes that will last you through into spring.
