Yep - - - the sartorialist outdid himself in sweden, but then that can't be too hard in stockholm, can it? ;)
I thought there were so many people in STockholm with good taste... I resently wrote a thing about the satorialist myself. I love his blog, he has a special eye for fashion and style.

I love these shots. I love every type of photography, but my favorate kind is street photography. It is unexpected and actually shows emotion unlike the typical "wedding shot" photograpy. I believe the best photography shots are taken on the streets without preparation or contemplation. They seem so much more natural and energetic. I have always hated the posed pictures where you know that they were planned out. They are too perfect and lack the simplicity of these photographs. The photo of the shoes are great. It needs nothing else. I love the use of black and white in clothing, and it is about time that the bowling alley shoes were brought back into style. I think more men could pull these off if they had the courage and confidence to step out of their comfort zones. My favorite photo is at the top right. I love to wear black and white with a touch of color in places like the tights that the girl is wearing. She looks so care free and independent. The woman shown in the photo in the bottom right looks very sophistacated yet comfortable an energetic at the same time. I also love the photograph of the couple in the top left. Everyone, especially women, can agree that it is always romantic for a man to kiss the girl he is with in public. The fact that he did it for the camara as well is even more romantic. I am absolutely in love this miniature collage of pictures. They have so much character and liveliness compared to other photography shown throughout our society during this time. These photos show variety. They show beautiful yet comfortable fashion, a sense of hopeless romantics, simple and energetic excitement, and carelessness with a touch of independence and freedom. If only

I’ve been part of a photo shoot that involved me posing in the streets. The best shots I feel are the ones that are natural. The background of street lights, sidewalks and cement with different colour bricks make a big impact on the picture and the type of fashion you are trying to portray.
The fashion looks great as do the pictures. Looks like a good day to be in Stockholm!
